SBWPC Endorsement Board Meeting – April 13

The Board of Directors will meet
on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, 5:45 PM, Via Zoom
to consider endorsements for the following offices in the June 7th, 2022, CA Primary Election:
U.S. Senate (partial and full terms) , U.S. Congress CD24, CA Governor, CA Lt. Governor, CA Secretary of State, CA Attorney General, CA Superintendent of Public Instruction, CA State Assembly AD37, SB Co. Superintendent of Schools, SB Co. Supervisor District 2, SB Co. Sheriff-Coroner
Endorsement meetings are open to current members only.

Electing candidates who represent the values of the SBWPC is critical at all levels, Federal, state and especially local offices. We welcome hearing from our members.
Board Meeting attendance protocol
The Endorsement Meeting will take place remotely. If you are a current member and would like to attend the meeting, please contact us promptly but no later than NOON on April 12 at info@sbwpc.org so we can send you a link. We will not be able to verify or take your membership “at the door”.
Member and Candidate Comment Protocol
Current SBWPC members who wish to provide a comment at the meeting will have ONE MINUTE. Current members may also submit a ONE MINUTE written comment to be read during the member comments portion of the meeting. Email your comment to info@sbwpc.org by NOON on April 12.
Candidates being considered will have TWO MINUTES to address the Board.
Meeting Protocol
  • If you have submitted a request to attend the meeting, you will receive a link to the meeting prior to the start.
  • We will be utilizing Zoom for this meeting. If you do not already have the Zoom application downloaded onto your preferred device, please allow extra time for this step.
  • We will begin promptly at 5:45. Please try to log in to the meeting 15 minutes prior to the start to get checked-in, to review the technology features, and locate the “raise hand” function if you would like to address the Board.
  • All attendees will be MUTED. When you are called on to speak, you will be UNMUTED.
  • During the Public Comment portion of the meeting, if you wish to speak, please use the “raise hand” function in the Zoom meeting.
  • At the conclusion of the public comments and CAT reports, member guests and candidates will be asked to leave the Zoom meeting so that the Board can deliberate and vote in closed session.
