Governor Jerry Brown is looking for public members to serve a four-year term on the following boards (which means you do not have to be an expert in a specific area):
- California Board of Behavioral Sciences – 3 public vacancies
- California Medical Board – 1 public vacancy
- Board of Chiropractic Examiners – 2 pubic vacancies
- Board of Barbering and Cosmetology – 2 public vacancies
You can obtain more information on what the boards do by clicking the appropriate link above. You can also find information about when the boards meet and where the meetings take place. Each board member receives a $100 per diem and travel expenses are covered.
